Your role as a sales consultant

Your appointment is restricted to obtaining proposals for efu life’s plans. You have no authority to sell any other financial services or products of any other life assurance company.
You must not put yourself, or allow yourself to be put, in a position where your own interests conflict with those of efu life: this included encouraging other sales consultants or staff of efu life to work or provide services in competition with efu life.
If you break any of the rules contained in your contract and in doing so cause efu life loss, the company reserves the right to recover such loss from you.
You cannot sell or advice any of the company’s products unless the company is satisfied that you are competent to do so.
Whenever you are asked you must make yourself available for continuation training to maintain the required level of competence.
If you discover that your prospect needs a plan for which you are not licensed by the company, then you must withdraw and refer the matter to your manager.
You must not rebate commission to your clients on any sale made to them.
