Your contract with EFU life
The sales consultant contract between you and EFU life has two main elements.
· It defines precisely the terms of your business relationship with the company; that you are an employee of the company who is remunerated by salary plus commission.
· It creates an obligation on you to observe all the rules and guideline laid down at any time. These rules and guideline may be amended or added to by efu life from time to time and notified to you by bulletin, or by publishing an updated contract. Any such amendments may take effects immediately or from a specified later date.
